Victoria has lived in Norfolk all her life. After obtaining a law degree with honours at the University of Lincoln, she completed her training at the College of Law in York and qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 after winning the Norfolk & Norwich Law Society Trainee Lawyer of the Year 2016 award. She then later joined Simper Law in 2018 and became a Director in June 2019.
Victoria is an experienced Will and Inheritance Dispute Solicitor and an accredited member of ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialist). She advises Clients on Will disputes, claims against Estates such as Inheritance Act Claims, Proprietary Estoppel and challenges to Will validity as well as issues arising from the administration of Trusts. Her approachable, pragmatic and friendly manner regularly earns her well-deserved praise from her Clients.
Victoria is passionately involved in local business networks, aiming to promote and assist local businesses on their journeys to success.
Victoria regularly raises money for charity, with her most recent half Marathon raising over £1,200 for Macmillan Cancer Spport and her Marathon run in 2019 which raised around £4000 for SRUK.
