Our Private Client department provides financial and practical advice to individuals and families looking to protect their loved ones and their assets in the event of their death or mental incapacity.

We also provide support and advice to bereaved families in dealing with the administration of a deceased person’s estate dealing with obtaining probate and all of the paperwork that needs to be dealt with.

Our Dispute Resolution department provides advice and assistance and expertise to those embroiled in disputes and litigation. It looks to ease the burden of worry and expense that these matters often involve.

Initially set up as a niche private client law practice, the practice developed to incorporate a dispute resolution and civil litigation department in 2018.
