“I would like to say a big thank you to you for your help , your professionalism, your knowledge and judgement, your advice and to praise your level headedness . I know I’ve been through a really emotional, tough mentally draining time where my judgement has been probably derailed due to emotions etc . But you have stepped in and corrected me accordingly for which I appreciate. I have been very impressed by the way you’ve handled everything and think you’ve been very good in what you’ve done and the way you’ve done it . Thank you.”
“I was very pleased with the service given and very friendly helpful staff. Felt comfortable and if had any problems the staff reassured and helped where possible. I did know the firm has other departments. Happy with my will outcome and would highly recommended your services.”
“I first met Victoria Rose-Smart when I had another firm dealing with my personal injury claim! It wasn’t till Victoria left that firm, that I realised the level of service & commitment she afforded me. I moved my case’s to follow Victoria so she could continue to act for me. Victoria truly is an excellent Solicitor & won both my case’s through her knowledge & interpretation of personal injury Law. I was so impressed with the service I received through Simper Law, I & my partner decided to use Kim Simper for our Wills through there partnership with Cancer research & then went on to have our Lasting Power Of Attorneys with them. I can not rate Victoria & Kim highly enough. 20 Million Stars from me.”
“Victoria Smart is dealing with a litigation matter for me and she has been absolutely superb from start to finish. Her knowledge is comprehensive and her advice straight forward and jargon free. I would highly recommend Victoria and Simper Law to any of my friends or family. An excellent service all round.”
“Victoria helped my brother in law with a personal injury claim when he was knocked off his bike by a car on a forecourt. He was told he didn’t have a case but after I introduced him to Victoria she assured him that he did have a case and she proceeded on his behalf and got him the compensation he was due. She has also handled debt recovery for my business with great success. I can’t recommend Victoria and Simper Law Highly enough.”
“I was impressed by Claire Watson’s input on this matter. Having to deal with the emotional upheaval of Dads estate/property coupled with my dislike of I.T. ( a necessary evil these days i appreciate) was challenging, but Claire was polite and engaged where necessary, making me feel less apprehensive.”
“We just wanted to take a moment to thank Claire Watson, for your professionalism and excellent service throughout my house purchase. From start to finish, you were knowledgeable, efficient, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We really appreciated your attention to detail and the care you took to ensure everything went smoothly. Thank you again for all your hard work. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a solicitor, and we wish you all the very best.”
“Claire Watson at Simper Law is absolutely brilliant! I’ve worked with her before on the sale of a property and she is, hands down, everything you want a solicitor to be. She took the stress out of the legal side completely and gave me total peace of mind. I would have no hesitation recommending Claire to friends and family and will definitely call upon her talent when I need to sell another property. THANK YOU CLAIRE!”
“I couldn’t have felt luckier to have been recommended Claire as the solicitor for my first house purchase. Being a first time buyer, I had so many questions and a Claire answered them all in detail, never making me feel like I was asking too much. She kept me in the loop with everything that was happening and responded to my emails and quickly. Living abroad, on a totally different time zone, didn’t hinder anything and it never felt like a problem due to Claire’s professionalism. I can’t thank her enough for making the process feel so easy and for her kindness and understanding throughout the purchase. I would recommend Claire without hesitation.”
“Perfect from start to finish. Always quick to respond to any enquiries.”
“For much of my earlier life l had reasons to distrust solicitors and was therefore extremely reluctant to deal with them. When my eldest daughter sadly passed away, l needed to up-date my will, plus l wanted to appointment my Lasting Powers of Attorney. Thankfully my eldest son was a very contented client of Simper Law Ltd and fully aware of my reluctant to deal with solicitors, convinced me to visit their Great Yarmouth office and decided to take me to arrange an appointment. Upon arrival l found all the staff let to be very friendly, informative and helpful. I therefore decided to book an appointment to see one of their solicitors. Before committing myself l received an email informing me of the cost and the approximate length of time it took before a will and Lasting Powers of Attorney became fully finalised. I therefore decided to go ahead. I ended up being extremely impressed by the company’s high standards and efficiency. All meetings took place on time and were arranged for times that suited my family representatives and myself. The meetings were very pleasant and all members of staff l met were very friendly, helpful and ensured that my family representatives and l fully aware of what we were signing and any further information required for following meetings. Throughout the dealings my representatives and l were kept fully informed by email, post and sometimes both. Simper Law Ltd., have changed my view about being concerned about visiting a solicitor. Should l require assistance in any other areas covered by this company l would contact them without hesitation. Following my dealings, l very strongly recommend Simper Law Ltd”
“We had a bumpy ride mostly from my buyers side – but we go there in the end, Claire was great, she was very prompt in replies and ensure I was kept up to date throughout the process. I even completed at midday on moving day 🙂 .. thank you Claire”
“We would highly recommend Claire Watson of Simper Law Ltd for Conveyancing. Claire acted for us on both our house sale and new property purchase and we found her and her team, to be extremely efficient, supportive and very prompt and clear with all communications. Overall costs were reasonably priced too. We also found the online systems used for completing forms, uploading documents and signing forms/contracts etc a very efficient method.”
“Alex dealt with the sale of my mothers house in a very professional manner, turned things round very quickly and was a pleasure to deal with, Thanks very much”
“Alexandria was so helpful with the sale of our house. Friendly and professional throughout, and dealt with my many queries and increasing anxiety the closer we got to exchange/completion. Would highly recommend!”
