These are our basic charges for residential conveyancing if you are selling, or buying a property:

£500,001-£750,000 £1,250 plus VAT at 20%

£1m + £0.25% plus VAT at 20%

 

Purchase Price – Freehold Our Fees
£0-£250,000 £1,050 plus VAT at 20%
£250,001-£350,000 £1,150 plus VAT at 20%
£350,001-£500,000 £1,250 plus VAT at 20%
£500,001-£750,000 £1,400 plus VAT at 20%
£750,001-£999,999 £1,700 plus VAT at 20%
£1m + £0.25% plus VAT at 20%

 

When we first speak with you about your matter, we will try and anticipate what additional fees may be incurred. We want to be upfront with our fees, so you know what you are paying and there is nothing hidden at the end. If an additional fee becomes payable, which we did not know of at the outset, we will discuss these with you straight away.

Equity release redemption £250 plus VAT at 20%
Declaration of Trust £300 plus VAT at 20%
Giftor fee £50 plus VAT at 20%

Transfer of Equity £750 plus VAT at 20%
Re-mortgage £650 plus VAT at 20%
Equity release £800 plus VAT at 20%
Assent £450 plus VAT at 20%
Standalone help to buy equity loan redemption £450 plus VAT at 20%
Right to Buy £950 plus VAT at 20%

 

During the course of your matter, disbursements will be payable. The possible disbursements are noted below:

Bankruptcy (per person) £2 (no VAT)
Priority Search £3 (no VAT)
ID and AML (per person) £15 (No VAT)
Stamp Duty Varies according to the value of the property. (No VAT)
Land Registration Fee (this will depend on the value of the property) £20-£500 (no VAT)
CHAPS and Admin Fee (per transfer) £30 plus VAT at 20%
Legal Marketing Services (LMS Fee, if your mortgage offer is issued to us via this service) £25 plus VAT at 20%
