Kim Simper

Managing Director

Our Managing Director, Kim Simper, was born and brought up in Norfolk and is married with three adult children.
After qualifying from the University of East Anglia with an Honours Degree in Law, she went on to qualify as a solicitor in 1992 and became a partner in an established Norwich firm of solicitors in 1996.
Kim is a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly; whose members are all specialists in the law as it relates to older clients. Solicitors for the Elderly has an established reputation based on providing the highest quality of legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.

Victoria Rose-Smart

Director, Head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Victoria has lived in Norfolk all her life. After obtaining a law degree with honours at the University of Lincoln, she completed her training at the College of Law in York and qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 after winning the Norfolk & Norwich Law Society Trainee Lawyer of the Year 2016 award.
Victoria deals with a wide range of Civil and Commercial Disputes. She became a Director of Simper Law in June 2019. Her approachable and friendly manner regularly earns her well-deserved praise from her Clients.
Victoria is passionately involved in local business networks, aiming to promote and assist local businesses on their journeys to success.
Victoria regularly raises money for charity, with her most recent half Marathon raising over £1,200 for Macmillan Cancer Support and her Marathon run in 2019 which raised around £4000 for SRUK.

Danielle Lynch

Litigation Executive

Danielle joined Simper Law in September 2020 as a Litigation Executive in the Litigation Team, undertaking all aspects of Dispute Resolution and Litigation work.
Before joining Simper Law, Danielle has worked at local law firms in Norwich for over 10 years dealing with all aspects of Litigation work specialising in debt recovery matters, personal injury claims and general litigation.
Danielle is currently training to be a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
In her spare time, she is keen runner and member of a local athletics club. Danielle also enjoys cooking and runs an amateur food blog where she refers to herself as a wannabe food critic and professional eater.

Casey Robins

Casey Robins

Trainee Solicitor, Litigation Department

Casey has lived in Norfolk for most of her life. She attended the University of Lincoln where she was awarded a law degree with honours and has more recently completed her Legal Practice Course online with the University of Law, achieving a distinction.
Casey joined Simper Law in October 2021 as a Paralegal within the Litigation team, dealing with general Civil Litigation such as Construction Disputes, Landlord and Tenant issues, Neighbour/Land Disputes and Debt Recovery Claims. She also assists Victoria with Will and Inheritance Disputes. She is currently training with Simper Law to become a Solicitor and is set to qualify in 2024.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys reading and painting. Being so close to the coast, she loves trips to the beach, in any weather, and regularly takes her dogs on long nature walks.

Georgia

Georgia Pashley

Paralegal, Private Client Department

Georgia joined Simper Law in October 2021 as a paralegal in the Private Client department. She attended London Metropolitan University where she studied Law with International Relations, and is now studying for her Legal Practice Course and masters in law with the University of Law.
Georgia will begin her training contract with Simper Law in 2024 where she hopes to continue to be a part of the Private Client department, with a particular focus on Probate and Court of Protection work.
In her spare time, Georgia is a mental health campaigner for the charity Mind. This involves raising money, helping the education around mental health, and reaching out to local and national government to invoke change. Her favourite ways to relax include watching Netflix or reading a good book. She is also currently learning how to knit.

Daniel Siggins

Daniel Siggins

Paralegal, Private Client Department

Daniel joined Simper Law in January 2023 as a Paralegal in our private client department. He attended the University of Northampton where he graduated with a First-class Honours Law degree. Daniel was also awarded the Best Dissertation Award from the Northamptonshire Law Society.

Daniel hopes to train to become a solicitor. In his spare time, Daniel plays the bassoon for the South Norfolk Orchestra and has a keen interest in travel.

Grace Rossi

Paralegal, Litigation Department

Grace has lived in Norfolk for most of her life. She attended the University of Northumbria where she was awarded a Business Management degree with First classed Honours and later attended the University of East Anglia where she completed her Graduate Diploma in Law. She has most recently started the Legal Practice Course which she is studying towards alongside working in the Litigation department as a Paralegal.

Grace joined Simper Law in August 2022 as a Paralegal within the Litigation team, dealing with Personal Injury Claims.

Outside of work, Grace maintains an active lifestyle enjoying hockey, horse riding, going to the gym and running.
